On the first Saturday in May, the North Montco Educational Foundation hosted its fourth annual car show fundraiser.

More than 85 vehicles registered for the event and had the chance to win first- or second-place trophies in one of six categories (street rods, antique-classic-survivor, muscle car, truck, import, custom body, and modified). North Montco’s Automotive and Collision Repair instructors judged each of the many unique vehicles.

Additionally, a Chairperson’s Award was presented to David Ziegler, who showcased a 2019 Corvette Coupe.

The trophies, creatively designed and built by students in Rocco Sexton’s Welding class using internal engine components that were supplied by North Montco’s Automotive and Collision Repair classes, were a hit of the show. And John Jacobs’s Precision Machining students added the finishing touch with the engraved trophy plaques they created.

We want to thank everyone who participated in the day, whether you or your business donated a raffle, or you were a car show exhibitor, spectator, or sponsor. The event was successful because of you.

A special thank you to our gold and silver sponsors and other supporters listed on the banner below. Your support allows us to continue to fulfill our mission by providing students with opportunities/initiatives that otherwise would not be possible.
