St. Joe’s dynamic forward, junior Rasheer Fleming has officially declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, writes Mia Messina for the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The 6-foot-9 forward made a big impact this season for the Hawks, averaging 14.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game — the latter good for second in the A-10. Fleming’s monster 20-rebound night against Texas and his efficient shooting (53.1% FG, 39% from three) have scouts buzzing, and ESPN projects him as a first-round pick.
Fleming started all 35 games this season, hitting double digits in 27 of them. He notched a career-high 26 points twice in December and hit the 1,000-point milestone on March 1, becoming just the 60th player in St. Joe’s history to do so.
While St. Joe’s wrapped up its season 22-13 with a tough first-round NIT loss, Fleming’s star continued to rise. The Camden High alum posted his decision to declare on Instagram, calling his time on Hawk Hill a period of major growth both on and off the court.
