East Greenville’s Sabrina Carpenter Hits Musical Milestone in the U.K.

Sabrina Carpenter celebrates Emails I Can’t Send spending a full year on the U.K. charts as Short n’ Sweet continues to soar.

East Greenville’s own Sabrina Carpenter is still riding high from her breakout success with Short n’ Sweet, but now one of her earlier albums is having a major moment, writes Hugh McIntyre for Forbes.

Emails I Can’t Send, released back in 2022, just celebrated its 52nd week on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart — marking a full year on one of the world’s toughest music rankings. This week, the album even climbs a few spots to No. 68.

While Short n’ Sweet — featuring the smash hit “Espresso” — continues to soar at No. 2 after 34 weeks, Carpenter’s earlier work is finding new life. Fans have been revisiting Emails I Can’t Send, helping it reenter and climb the charts nearly two years after its initial debut at No. 76.

The album is also nearing a full year on the U.K.’s Official Albums Streaming Chart, highlighting just how strong Carpenter’s momentum has become.

With two albums thriving at once, Carpenter’s steady rise from Montgomery County to global pop stardom looks unstoppable.
