Gwynedd Mercy University will host Simple Gifts in Julia Ball Auditorium for its fall cultural event on Friday, Oct. 18 at 8 PM.
The Julia Ball Auditorium is located at 1325 Sumneytown Pike in Gwynedd Valley.
Simple Gifts is the musical duo of Linda Littleton and Karen Hirshon. They play 12 instruments and combine tradition and innovation, performing Romanian, Klezmer, Greek, Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian, and Appalachian music and more.
Littleton and Hirshon are renowned for their stage presence, which is warm, personal, and accented with humor. They deliver their music with rare intensity and contagious enthusiasm, making their performance one not to be missed.
