Community Health and Dental Care (CHDC) has welcomed two new Family Medical Providers: Jennifer Heffernan, CRNP, and Marqueta N. Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Heffernan and Smith will join CHDC as Certified Nurse Practitioners at its Pottstown health center location at 351 W. Schuylkill Road.
Heffernan comes to CHDC with extensive experience as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and is happy to be back serving the Pottstown community. Before coming to CHDC from Collegeville Internal Medicine, Heffernan was a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Brookside Family Practice for almost ten years. Heffernan earned her M.S. in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and her B.S. in Nursing from York College in York.
Smith is a dedicated, Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of combined experience as an Advanced Practice Provider and Telemetry nurse. Smith is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and serving at-risk populations using evidence-based practice to improve outcomes. She earned her M.S. in Nursing from Widener University in Chester and her B.S. in Nursing from Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley.
