Horsham Hotel Put Up for Auction; Starting Bid Is $1.4M
The TownePlace Suites Philadelphia Horsham is headed to auction, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The 94-key hotel was put up for auction earlier this month with a starting bid of $1.4 million. Online bidding will take place on Crexi, a digital real estate platform, starting June 24.
The property is currently owned by New York real estate investment and hospitality management company Highgate.
The extended-stay Horsham hotel was built in 1999. It sits on 4.01 acres of land and spans two three-story buildings that total 58,128 square feet.
The hotel offers studio, one, and two-bedroom suites, all of which have a kitchen. There is also a fitness studio as well as a laundry room.
In the past 18 months, the property has undergone $2.4 million in renovations, according to the listing.
The hotel is located off of Route 463 near the Horsham Point shopping center and is near the perpetually busy Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 611 interchange.
The TownePlace Suites Philadelphia Horsham is managed by a third party.
