Main Line Today recently rounded up some of the best places to live in the Main Line area based on what characteristics draw you in the most.
And just in Montgomery County, there are a lot of towns that have enticing qualities, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today.
If you are an extrovert, for instance, the hustle and bustle of Ardmore might just be what you are looking for. It has a hopping town center with so much to do, including attending concerts at the Ardmore Music Hall and if Center City is calling, it is an easy commute.
If you are looking for a good starter home at a reasonable price, Conshohocken is a good place to first lay down roots. Emily Wolski of Keller Williams Greater West Chester said that your first home can also make a good rental investment property when you need to move to bigger digs.
Narberth is also a great spot for a first home. And it is only eight miles from Philly.
If you need space, but can’t afford a large price tag, then a fixer-upper in Bala Cynwyd could be a good compromise.
Bala Cynwyd neighborhoods are great for families and for people looking for a strong sense of community.
