Soon it was considered passé to use “garbage” ice from the ice trays in your fridge, and the idea of “craft ice” was born.

Craft or designer ice is high-quality crystalline ice cubes that can be custom-designed with logos and monograms. It is considered the epitome of luxury to enjoy a cocktail with this diamond-like ice.

Noah Sokoloff and Chris Vandegrift, owners of the company, have a specific three-day process that involves a band saw, tap water, filters, and industrial freezers to create their crystalline ice cubes.
