Despite Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction of an early spring, it looks like the winter weather will still be with us for a while.

The good news, according to Aziza Shuler at CBS Philadelphia, is that there is still a lot of outdoor fun to be had this winter.

And if you need to stock up on gear, Buckman’s Ski and Snowboard Shop in King of Prussia is a good place to go.

“Weather-wide, it’s been really good compared to the last few seasons,” Mark Smith, the manager of Buckman’s Ski, said in an interview prior to the latest snowfall.

“The mountains have been able to keep making snow and preserve it. And with getting fresh snow about a month ago and more in the forecast.”

The team at Buckman’s recently went to a demo of next year’s skis and snowboards at Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont, according to Facebook.
