If you and the kids enjoy winter sports and snow day fun, then don’t miss Spring Mountain Adventures this winter.

Located in Upper Salford Township, Spring Mountain is the closest skiing and snowboarding resort to Philadelphia.

The resort features eight trails, four lifts, and two terrain parks. There is something for all skill levels, whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier.

You can rent all your equipment and there are expert instructors on staff to teach you the basics or help you sharpen your skills.

On the weekends, it is recommended that you buy your lift tickets early because the mountain gets really crowded.

Spring Mountain also has a full-sized outdoor skating rink. Check the resort’s website for the schedule for public skating sessions and lessons.

Spring Mountain also hosts lots of fun events all year long including Halloween fun, DJ parties, competitions, and food truck festivals.
