The Dow Chemical Company, based in Michigan, will be keeping its Montgomery County location for the foreseeable future, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The company just signed a long-term lease extension for 800,000 square feet of space at David Werner Real Estate Investments life sciences and office campus in Collegeville.
Dow has been at 400-500 Arcola Road for more than 10 years.
David Werner Real Estate Investments, based in New York, bought the 340-acre campus from Pfizer in August.
Pfizer remains a tenant at the property along with Dow. The campus includes 14 office, life sciences, and mixed-use buildings.
The Dow Company’s mission is to become “the most innovative, customer-centric, inclusive and sustainable materials science company in the world,” according to its website.
