Plymouth Community Ambulance Donates 7,000 Toys to Children in Hospitals

This year was the 14th year for its annual “Operation Christmas Kid” toy run organized By Chief Thomas Trojansky.

Plymouth Community Ambulance in Plymouth Meeting recently donated 7,000 toys to children staying at two major hospitals, writes Annie McCormick for 6abc.

This year was the 14th year for its annual “Operation Christmas Kid” toy run organized by Chief Thomas Trojansky.

“We’ve had so many local businesses help, we have close to 70 collection boxes,” he said.

Besides the delivery of toys, the children also received a visit from Santa.

Plymouth Community Ambulance answers about 16,000 emergency calls each year.
