An Old Gilbertsville Dairy Farm Now Brews Sunshine in a Glass

A brew from Sunset Hill Brewing Company on a table outside on the farm.

Brothers Josh and Brett Firely have a special relationship with the old dairy farm in Gilbertsville they bought and transformed into Sunset Hill Brewing, writes Timothy Walton for 6abc.

The brothers would visit the farm often while growing up and loved the farm’s chocolate milk. The picturesque views on the land also can’t be beat.

Today, the old barn is a modern brewery with 12 taps and plenty of 4-packs of more than 20 varieties of beer.

They even created a milk stout beer to honor the chocolate milk that was such a treat growing up.

The Firely brothers also created an inviting outdoor space for guests to enjoy their beer and drink in the view.

Depending on the weather, they can either hang out in the heated tent or by the pond. Just don’t miss the majestic sunset over the hill.
