Brandywine Realty Trust has sold a 17,884-square-foot retail center at 200 N. Radnor Chester Road in Radnor, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The retail center is anchored by restaurants Estia, Pietro’s, Honeygrow, and Buena Onda.

The price tag on this fully leased property which drew a lot of interest once it was put on the market was $14.2 million.

The new owner is an undisclosed New York private investor. Brandywine was represented during the sale by JLL.

“With very few shopping centers ever coming available for sale on the Main Line of Philadelphia, market interest was incredibly high with price reflecting a scarcity premium from the high-quality nature of the real estate,” JLL’s Chris Munley said.
