Home Prices in Bryn Mawr Continue to be on the Rise According to Stacker

Bryn Mawr has a lot of attractions to draw in new residents including the beautiful gothic campus of Bryn Mawr College.

In a recent crunching of numbers, Stacker has listed Bryn Mawr as the Pennsylvanian town with the third fastest-growing home prices.

Data was compiled from Zillow. Cities and towns are ranked by the dollar change in the Zillow Home Values Index for homes from August 2022 to August 2023.

The typical home value in Bryn Mawr is $791,677, with a 1-year price change of +43,527 and a 5-year price change of +246,930.

Wynnewood was also in the top 5 of the fastest-growing home prices. The average home value there is $693,099, with a 1-year price change of +38,932 and a 5-year price change of +218,163.

Other Montgomery County towns that made the top 50 list included Narberth (#7), Blue Bell (#10), Fort Washington (#12), Flourtown (#17), Ambler (#19), Ardmore (#26), Plymouth Meeting (#32), Jenkintown (#36), Eagleville (#37), Hatboro (#44), Schwenksville (#45), Lansdale (#47), Royersford (#48).
