These Montgomery County Towns Have Some of the Fastest Growing Home Prices

Several Montgomery County cities have some of the fastest-growing home prices in The Keystone State, according to Stacker.  

Flourtown ranked at no. 46, with a typical home value of $546,376, up 4.3 percent from last year.  

Fort Washington came in next at number 45 with a home value of $685,776 which is 3.4 percent higher than last year. Lansdale came in at 44 with a home value of $456,444. Audubon was at 43. 

Royersford ranked in at no. 34 with an average home value of $413,697 growing 6.2 percent in the last year, and Harleysville came in at 33.  

Other Montgomery County towns made the list, including North Wales (No. 32), King of Prussia (30), Plymouth Meeting (27), and Collegeville (19). Schwenksville made number 18, and Wynnewood made number 10 with a typical home value of $697,396.  

Also ranking in the top 10, was Ambler at no. 7 with a typical home value of $608,129 and a 1-year price change of 6.3 percent. Blue Bell ranked at number 5, Bryn Mawr at number 4, and finally at no. 2 was Narberth with a typical home value of $711,099 and a 1-year price change of 7.2 percent.
