Anne Fadullon, former Philadelphia planning czar, has joined The Badger Group based in Blue Bell as a senior advisor, writes Paul Schwedelson for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Flourtown resident is also starting her on advisory firm.

After almost eight years of public service, she said she wants to explore avenues that most interest her.

“What I’m pursuing are the things that are most of interest to me and get me the most excited and I find the most interesting and creative,” Fadullon said.

“That feels like an amazing space to be in. I feel very blessed and lucky to have that opportunity.”

What she is most passionate about she said is helping support minority developers and smaller real estate companies in the region.

That is why she decided to join The Badger Group and establish her own advisory firm, Make Advisory Services. She hopes to focus on quality community development and affordable housing.

“It’s all about advising folks about how do they get things done? How do they get through the system?” she said.

She explained that it is also important to understand what communities really need, that their voices get heard.
