Recent new edition to the takeout scene in Ardmore is Lentil & Co., writes Natalie Jason for 6ABC.
The new spot does fast casual takeout in a more health-conscious way by focusing on the protein-packed lentil.
Co-owners Alia Sobel and Leanne DelVescovo have built a menu of bowls and salads that star a cooked mix of lentils and quinoa. Also on the menu are fresh juices and grab-and-go selections.
Both Sobel and DelVescovo hope their restaurant will become a community hotspot for good food and as an informational resource for healthy living.
