Stag Industrial, an investment trust in Boston, has bought a Harleysville industrial property for $14.8 million, writes Paul Schwedelson for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The property at 1510 Gehman Road, just east of I-476 and south of Detwiler Road, includes a 152,625-square-foot industrial building.

It was previously owned by Platinum Owner PA LLC, which bought the building for $15 million in December 2020. The current tenant of the building is Deacon Industrial Supply Co., which distributes pipes and other equipment.

Other recent industrial property sales include the sale of three industrial buildings in Southwest Philadelphia by Alliance HP, which is based in Bryn Mawr.

The three buildings located at 3201 S. 76^th St., 3250 78^th St., and 3440 Bartram Avenue were sold for almost double the 2021 purchase price.
