Audrey Trullinger, 23, is an Ambler native and content creator who plays Eurodance star Biljana Electronica in the original video for "Planet of the Bass," a parody song from comedian Kyle Gordon that has amassed close to 100 million views across TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Audrey Trullinger, an Ambler native and content creator, was featured in the original viral TikTok video for the song “Planet of the Bass” that parodies late-1990s Eurodance hits, writes Beatrice Forman for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

In the video, Trullinger plays Biljana Electronica, a European popstar and it was an instant hit.

However, afterward, the creator of the parody-turned-real-song Kyle Gordon decided to replace Trullinger in another version of the video with yoga influencer Mora Olney. This caused an uproar among the fans.

The response was heartening for the actress who attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown and learned her craft performing in regional theater.

The reaction “has made me really happy,” said Trullinger. “I never expected the response to be, like, “Where’s my Biljana?” because I thought Mora did a great job.”

The viral video amassed nearly 100 million views combined on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (now known as X).

Trullinger was TikTok famous even before she took part in the hit video. She amassed over 1.6 million TikTok followers by playing sketch comedy characters she said are “heightened versions of the people you know in everyday life.”
