Conshohocken Consulting Firm Cements Its Future in Brick-and-Mortar Office
Sarah Catalano Burlew, CEO of consulting firm Omlie Consulting, has moved into a physical office on Fayette Street in Conshohocken. Keven Tierney, in More than the Curve, reported the new setting replacing its former virtual work arrangement.
Omlie Consulting helps health, wellness, and cannabis-industry clients build strategy and successful teams.
Burlew has decided that the firm, founded in 2021, will better serve its mission with staff under the same roof.
She’s now occupying a 1905 Victorian Colonial Revival home that has been outfitted for both commercial and residential real estate use.
“We are creating a home office where you can enjoy the wonderful amenities you have gotten used to at home, plus have real authentic moments with your colleagues,” Burlew said.
“For us, it’s not about going back to work, it’s about going forward to work.”
The source of the firm’s unusual name is pioneer aviator Phoebe Omlie (1902–1975). The Iowa native was the first woman in history to receive an airplane mechanic’s license.
More on Omlie Consulting and its new home is at More than the Curve.
