Chester County Native Featured in Super Bowl Commercial With a Special Guest

Miles and Keleigh Teller.

Already a movie star in his own right, Downingtown native Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh will have the spotlight in an upcoming Super Bowl commercial for Bud Light with a special guest: their six-year-old French bulldog Bugsy, writes Samantha Kubota for Today.

The set of the commercial is designed to look like the couples’ home as they vibe out to music while waiting on hold on the phone. Bugsy, described as a “stubborn” but mostly “very good” pup, makes an appearance, with Teller taking on the characteristics of a stage dad.

The production team tries giving Teller suggestions to direct Bugsy. After a few takes, the crew is able to capture the necessary screen time, thanks to a little food motivation: doggy treats.

As a big fan of Philadelphia sports, Teller is hoping for an Eagles Super Bowl win on Feb. 12. Plus, there’s an extra bit of happiness included: Budweiser distributes beer to the winning city.

He said it was great to be featured in a a Super Bowl commercial, and it makes it more special that his wife and pet were there with him.

“I think anytime you’re talking about [starring in] a Super Bowl commercial, it’s really flattering,” he said. “Personally, it’s just such a big moment. It kind of means that you’ve arrived a little bit.”
