Mediplex Property Group (MPG), Fort Washington, has begun a build-to-suit renovation on a single-story, 12,800-sq.-ft building in Newtown, Bucks County. My ChesCo reported on the project.
Upon completion in late 2023, Mediplex Newtown will house a combination of outpatient healthcare modalities, including:
- Clinical offices
- A physical therapy center
- Imaging facilities
- Related procedure rooms
Situated in the prestigious Newtown Business Commons, Mediplex Newtown is strategically located on approximately two acres near the interchange of I-295 and the Newtown Bypass (Pa. Route 332).
Preleased in its entirety to an internationally renowned specialty medical practice, the Newtown project is the latest addition to MPG’s growing portfolio of healthcare focused real estate.
An additional Montgomery County thread runs through the project: Its construction is being serviced by Axis Construction Management, King of Prussia.
