Middle School Students and Staff Collect 400+ Toys for Local Children in Need

The middle school collected toys for those families facing financial hardships.

An area middle school recently made a large donation of toys that will go to local families and children in need.

Students and staff from Holicong Middle School, located at 2900 Township 391 Highway in Doylestown, recently made a donation of 439 toys to the local Toys for Tots campaign.

The toys will be given to families who are facing financial hardships and are struggling around the holiday season.

“Special thanks to 7th grade teachers Karen Lovuolo and Eleni Dufresne, whose classroom competition really inspired giving by more than doubling the donations and enabling Holicong to have a record breaking year,” school district representatives posted online.

“We have such a great teachers and students here who really care about something bigger for our community and I am proud to be part of this,” said Christopher Dallas, a teacher at the middle school.
