YouTube star and beauty entrepreneur Rachel Levin — better known under her online moniker RCLBeauty101 — has sold her Wynnewood home for $4.2 million. Lisa Dukart covered the transaction in the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The completely renovated 7,400-square-foot residence features a spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet that is so large, it could serve as a bedroom in its own right.

The home boasts five bedrooms in total (each with an en-suite bathroom), a pool with pool house, loggia with a wood-burning fireplace, and a fountain.

Levin, who has 14.4 million people following her beauty-related content, bought the property in Nov. 2017 for $910,000. It was the first major purchase made by the Lower Merion High School (Ardmore) graduate after she became a YouTube star.

She was 22 at the time.

“When I walked into that house I just immediately knew,” she said. “It took five seconds to see the potential that the house had to become the perfect house!”

She made extensive renovations to the home that were completed only last month. She has not had much opportunity to enjoy her newly installed upgrades, spending most of her time lately in Los Angeles.
