Three Montgomery County companies have found their place on the list of the world’s most admired companies for 2022, recently published in a list by Fortune.
To determine the ranking, Fortune collaborated with Korn Ferry to conduct a survey of 640 of the highest-revenue companies in the world across 52 industries and 28 countries. Executives, directors, and analysts were asked to rate their industries’ companies on nine criteria.
These included their investment value, quality of management, products, social responsibility, and the ability to attract talent.
Conshohocken-based AmerisourceBergen ranked the highest at No. 65. The company also came third in its sector, Wholesalers: Health Care. The company recently moved its headquarters from Chester County to Montgomery County.
Toll Brothers of Fort Washington is next at No. 299. The builder of luxury homes is also the most admired company in the world among Homebuilders for the seventh year in a row, as they branch out across the United States with new housing projects.
Finally, King of Prussia-based Universal Health Services came in at No. 310. It is also fifth in its industry, Health Care: Medical Facilities.
