Integress, a data analytics firm based in Conshohocken, has been acquired by Denver-based AllCloud, a professional services company with a global reach, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Virtually all of Integress’ 30 employees will be joining 300-employee AllCloud. The founder and CEO of the Conshohocken company, Dave Taddei, will serve as AllCloud’s senior vice president of the company’s North American data and analytics practice.
Taddei, who founded Integress in 1998, said he felt compelled to grow the company to be able to better serve its client base.
To achieve that, Integress could have gone the organic route or found a merger partner. He opted for the latter option because he felt AllCloud was a perfect fit.
“The cloud computer space is on fire and AllCloud has the size that we need,” said Taddei. “If we need 15 people on a project, we can do that. And we needed that.”
Founded in 2008 in Israel, AllCoud first relocated to Germany and then to Denver. The company currently has offices in Israel, Germany, Romania, and Canada.
