The Garden Series: Wine Dinners

Held on Wednesday Evenings from 6-8pm on the Grand Terrace presents an exclusive five-course tasting menu paired with unique seasonal wine.
We will pair a selection of our specialties with a guided tour of wine, hand-selected by our sommelier. Our sommelier will also serve as your maitre de ceremonie for the evening, as you mentally travel together to the vineyards and regions of the cuisine and pairings.

We’re diving headfirst into summer with the classic Beer & BBQ Pig Roast. Enjoy smokehouse favorites and craft brews and wine.
Philly’s own Victory Brewing Company will provide the perfect all-you-can-drink beer to pair with a succulent spit-roasted whole pig.
Indulge in our build-your-own Burge bar, garlic marinated shrimp, chipotle pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked sausages, pesto salmon, and much more.
Mix it up with old-fashioned sides like maple bacon baked beans, baby baked potatoes, grilled summer vegetables, slaws and salads.
Jam out with the well renowned Tim Williams Band all evening long!

It isn’t truly summer without our Clam Bake, where we’ll have every taste covered with a mouth-watering menu. Cape May Brewing Company will be pouring seasonal bottomless brews for this come one, come all event.
Begin with our seafood bar stocked with steamed clams & mussels dripping in broth, garlic grilled shrimp, mustard glazed salmon, and tropical cod skewers. Gulp deep bowls of clam chowder and devour baby back ribs, grilled sausage, and chipotle BBQ chicken.
Throw a few of our summer sides on that plate with everyone’s favorite corn on the cob, maple baked beans, grilled seasonal vegetables, fresh garlic bread, and a mile-long list of creative salads, plus enjoy live music all night long.

It’s time to get cracking! Leave the crabby people at home as we celebrate the summer season with an evening full of—well, crabs.
Tear into platters of Maryland hard shell crabs and enjoy hearty bowls of she-crab bisque while downing some of Evil Genius Beer Company’s seasonal brews.
Did we mention unlimited crabs? Bottomless wine pours and endless brews?
Did I mention the incredible buffet of crab cakes with aioli, pineapple grilled chicken, honey BBQ glazed ribs, pulled pork sliders, garlic grilled shrimp, grilled summer vegetables, sides, and salads?
