Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board President and CEO as well as Board Member Named to Philadelphia Business Journal Power 100 for 2021

Chris Molineaux (L), a board member of Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board, and Mike Bowman (R), President and CEO of Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board, have both been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal Power 100 for 2021 list.

Mike Bowman, president and CEO of Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board, as well as Chris Molineaux, a VFTCB board member, have been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal Power 100 for 2021 list.

Bowman has been recognized by the Power 100 for the second time after once again exhibiting the strength of his leadership skills during the pandemic.

He is the driving force behind the unwavering efforts in Montgomery County in reviving tourism in Greater Philadelphia’s suburban markets after the blossoming industry was stunted by the coronavirus crisis.

Under his leadership, VFTCB launched a $300,000 recovery campaign aimed at supporting local businesses at the height of the pandemic.

Currently, the tourism board is working on its 2021 Relaunch Plan that focuses on encouraging leisure as well as business travelers to visit Montgomery County after the quiet last year.

Chris Molineaux, a board member of Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board has also been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal Power 100 for 2021 list.

Bowman has been recognized for leading Life Sciences Pennsylvania for over 10 years. He is the  spokesman as well as a top advocate for the industry.

He once worked Johnson & Johnson, and now focuses on making Pennsylvania a top spot for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to live and grow.
