Stove & Co. Restaurant Group – which owns Stove & Tap, Al Pastor, and The Bercy – is ready to open its next concept, Revival Pizza Pub, in nearby Chester Springs, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The modern American eatery will open its doors in Weatherstone Town Center in mid-April or May. The restaurant will offer pizza, sandwiches, and salads. Meanwhile, the bar will specialize in mojitos and craft beer.

As they have young families, Stove & Co. co-owners Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich wanted to focus on building a true community restaurant. They chose “Revival” for part of the name from the hard times the foodservice industry has endured throughout the pandemic.

“We really view this time that we’re coming out of as the revival of the restaurant and hospitality industry,” said Weathers. “As we all come out of the atomic winter and rub our eyes and start dining out again.”

The announcement follows the opening of the third Stove & Tap location last month in West Chester. The parent company is planning to announce two more restaurant concepts in the coming months.
