“My design philosophy is eclectic,” says Levinson. “I was trained at Penn as a modern architect, but I have always appreciated traditional architecture and photographed it on my travels.”

The resulting home is a perfect blend of medieval and the English picturesque, alongside modern influences that range from Art Deco to midcentury to high modernist.

The residence also boasts an abundance of floor to ceiling windows that flood it with natural light.

The many highlights include a pyramidal skylight over the main staircase, a two-story living room with an oculus in its ceiling, and the library with custom built-ins and secret passage. There is also a game room, bar with custom built-ins, and a gym among the multitude of stunning features this home has to offer.
