The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board recognizes Seritta Rios, Director of Operations at Staybridge Suites Philadelphia Valley Forge, as this week’s Hotel Hero.

Nominated by Director of Sales, Eileen McCutcheon, Seritta has taken on several additional responsibilities since the start of the pandemic.

“From covering the front desk, housekeeping, ordering, laundry, and any and all other tasks needed to keep the hotel up and running,” said McCutcheon.

“Seritta has gone above and beyond during the past few months,” McCutcheon said. “She has worked non-stop and has never once complained, or said no to any task she has been asked to do.”

For her fantastic work ethic and positive attitude, Seritta certainly deserves to be recognized as a VFTCB Hotel Hero.

The VFTCB honors a hotel staff member each week for their hard-working hospitality specifically during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff being honored are a variety from sales directors to housekeeping attendants, and culinary team members all across the county, and are going above and beyond the call of duty in their lodging responsibilities.
