The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) is proud to congratulate Rachel Riley, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, on receiving the 2024 Alumni Achievement Award from her alma mater, Holy Family University. This prestigious honor was presented during the university’s annual Christmas Rose event on Dec. 11, a celebration of community and the values instilled by Holy Family.
Riley, a summa cum laude graduate of Holy Family University in 2004, has more than 20 years of experience as an award-winning multimedia storyteller. From behind the camera to in front of it, Riley has excelled in both the news and tourism industries. As the VFTCB’s VP of Marketing & Communications, she leads the organization’s marketing efforts, overseeing media relations, creative strategies, social media, public relations, and community outreach, among many other responsibilities. Her work has significantly contributed to the growth and visibility of the Valley Forge region, helping the VFTCB win over 200 awards since 2018.
Throughout her career, Rachel Riley has received multiple accolades, including being named one of Global 100’s Women in Leadership in 2024 and Metro Philadelphia’s Power Women in 2022. She has also earned recognition from PR News, Philadelphia Business Journal, and others for her outstanding contributions to the industry.
Riley’s commitment to both her professional and personal responsibilities, with contributions extending beyond her work at VFTCB, is a testament to Holy Family University’s motto, Teneor votis — “I am bound by my responsibilities.”
