Haverford Systems, an experienced AV systems integrator with a 30-year history in the Philadelphia area, has recently earned its Gold Level as a certified integrator from Zoom Video Communications. The Downingtown-based company has earned this distinction by helping several businesses, houses of worship, and universities prepare for virtual interactions with their employees, customers, congregants, and students.
“Haverford Systems is honored to have achieved Gold Level Integrator Certification,” said Margaret Wilman, sales manager. “For our integration team, and more importantly for our customers, this means we have proven we have exceeded our customers’ expectations with Zoom Room installations, we have shown we are experts in our field, and our team has invested in and succeeded with the many other industry certifications needed for this level.”
While many people at home may just click “join a meeting,” a lot more is involved for businesses that want to properly integrate the technologies and hardware to make the process smooth for all parties. To satisfy this rigorous requirement involving both IT and AV expertise, Haverford Systems had to submit customer surveys, functional floor plans, Zoom Room referrals, and attend Zoom University training. This training consisted of several areas, requiring its installation team obtain multiple advanced technical certifications.
Haverford Systems is also highly experienced integrating Microsoft Teams – preferred by larger companies – and is a certified Microsoft reseller.

Haverford’s team can help your organization scale, with simple, affordable systems to help improve the audio and video quality in small or mid-sized conference rooms. Additionally, its expertise as custom integrators is extensive, and it regularly designs larger, more complex rooms that require ongoing custom solutions and expert tuning.
To guard against COVID-19 transmission, Haverford Systems is taking every safety precaution prior to visiting customer sites. While on customer sites, Haverford’s design and engineering team members always wear masks and gloves. Haverford has also been conducting video consultations for customers who prefer that method.
