Hotel Hero: Vicki Anderson, Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent at Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting
The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board recognizes Vicki Anderson as this week’s Hotel Hero.
Nominated by General Manager, Devin Jarvis, Vicki started with the Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting in December 2019 as a part-time Night Auditor. Since the start of the pandemic, Vicki has taken on full-time work for both the Front Desk and Night Audit.
Additionally, she has helped out during Breakfast and worked in Laundry, all while being kind and caring with every guest.
“Vicki has worked additional shifts (even doubles) to give other associates an extra day of rest while we have been a limited team,” said Jarvis. “She has brought great ideas to our leadership team, and is actively trying to do better every day she is on property.”
“Vicki loves interacting with our guests and sharing laughs with everyone that comes through our doors. She truly cares, and wants to make everyone feel comfortable during these difficult times.”
To honor the travel industry, and share inspiring and positive stories, the VFTCB recognizes a hotel staff member each week for their hard-working hospitality specifically during the COVID-19 pandemic.
