The Residences at Bentwood has opened its East Wing, marking the completion of this market-leading luxury rental community on Germantown Pike in East Norriton, developed by Altman Management and Tornetta Realty.
Prices for one-bedroom apartments begin at $1365 and include one free parking space in a specially constructed deck designed to allow residents close-as-possible, same-floor access to their apartments.

“We wanted to create a product that would make renters-by-choice fall in love with their homes and the area,” said Brett Altman, who, along with Bob Bluth, is a partner in Altman Management, Elon Development, and Allied Construction Services. “We are celebrating the East Wing opening with special leasing packages and one complimentary parking spot in our private parking deck.”
Residents can relax and take in the beautiful view of the courtyard through the Residences at Bentwood’s 30-foot wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the club room, which leads out to the swimming pool, fire pits, grilling stations, bocce court, and outdoor fitness area, making it feel like a resort.
