Event Center Assistant Manager

This position assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and reviewing all departmental staff; ensures employee and guest safety in the set-up and arrangement of convention functions; and supervises the proper service of food and beverage in accordance with contractual agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of related experience and/or training; effective communication and leadership skills; and some human resources experience.

VIP Host Manager

This position oversees the hiring and training of VIP hosts; maintains the weekly schedule for the department as well as zoning assignments; implements quotas and ensures tracking of the assigned quotas for each VIP host; and resolves miscellaneous customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED: two years of customer service experience; knowledge of database and player rating software; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work flexible shifts and obtain necessary licensing.

Cage Cashier I

This position performs counter check transactions for slot patrons; distributes and receives outlet house banks; processes transactions accurately and maintains accurate reconciliations; and assists with processing credit applications, including performing required verifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of one year of related experience in high volume cash operations; the ability to understand financial information, data, and basic arithmetic functions; and effective communication skills.
