Dino’s Pizza & Pasta in Bridgeport offers delicious Italian American food at decent prices, writes Michael Klein for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The eatery gives the feel of a mom-and-pop pizzeria inside and out, but the owner Luigi Mazzitelli and his crew offer so much more.

Among the mouthwatering meals are the Italian wedding soup with escarole and tiny meatballs, delicious garlic rolls, and breadsticks filled with bits of pepperoni.

There is also the usual lineup of thin-crust and Sicilian style pizzas as well as delicious cheesesteaks. Patrons can also choose from a full board of entrees, all made with care.

Additionally, many of the meals are generously portioned for modest prices, such as the Chicken Francese in a tasty sauce with a side of penne that costs just $13.95.

In fact, a group of four can comfortably eat for $70 total, including a tip. There is also a $4.95 kid’s menu.

Some of the desserts on offer include cannoli and homemade cheesecake.

As a bonus, the restaurant has both a patient and wonderfully welcoming service.
