This position manages training initiatives and creates training consistency across the global organization; performs Learning Management System administration tasks including updating curricula and course names and assessments; and generates reports to show training compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in learning technology, instructional design, or an educational discipline; a minimum of three years of experience and knowledge in systems administration; and experience with SuccessFactor and document management systems.

Trade Compliance Manager

This position provides guidance and direction to the business on the movement of R&D and clinical trial supply materials; executes strategies, procedures, and internal controls to support trade compliance; and educates and informs relevant company personnel on trade compliance policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related discipline; a minimum of seven years of supply chain experience, including managing projects within the pharmaceutical or a related industry; and ISM/CPO and CPIM certifications.

Global Transfer Pricing Manager

This position oversees the annual pricing of plasma finished goods from over 30 global entities; performs periodic analysis of the financial results of each entity to assure that the target operating margin range is being achieved; and provides groundwork information for any new studies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing, including experience at a big 4 accounting firm; and strong knowledge of IRS Sections 482 and 6662 regulations.
