Mechanical Designer – Product Development

This position develops the mechanical design of parts and assemblies that comply with industry standards; develops detail and assembly drawings with adherence to ANSI / ASME drafting standards; and helps assure documentation of best practices leading to end product integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; a minimum of two years of working experience utilizing Creo 3d mechanical design software and Windchill Product Data Management software; and working knowledge of ANSI / ASME Y14.100 and Y14.5 design and drafting standards.

Vendor Planner

This position provides tactical planning to support the demand flow production process; reconciles parts shortages; reviews MRPs and places orders with assigned vendors; supports lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement; and communicates delivery issues with production managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five years of manufacturing experience; a minimum of two years of production/inventory control or procurement experience; strong communication and analytical skills; and working knowledge of inventory management programs.

Warehouse Supervisor

This position directs inbound and outbound logistic operations; ensures that all products are produced safely, efficiently, and are complete, correct, and on time; consolidates loads with a common destination to reduce costs; and issues shipping instructions and provides routing information.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of warehouse supervisory experience; demonstrated experience with team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, and motivating people; and knowledge of warehouse management, controls, and procedures.
