Norristown’s Five Saints Distilling has received multiple rewards for its spirits from several International Spirits Competitions over the last three month.

Norristown’s Five Saints Distilling has received coast to coast praise for its delicious spirits at International Spirits Competitions over the last three months.

The relatively new micro-distillery has now received awards for its Vodka, Gin, White Whiskey, and Blood Orange Liqueur.

Five Saints Blood Orange Liqueur was the first to gain recognition by winning a Bronze Medal at the New York International Spirits Competition in April.

A month later, Five Saints Savory Tuscan Style Gin won the coveted Gold Medal at the 2017 Spirits International Prestige Awards blind tasting competition in Newport Beach, California.

“What was especially gratifying about this competition was that it was a double blind competition,” said John Robert George, Five Saints Distilling founder and distiller. This meant our “brands received honest and unbiased feedback.”

June brought more good news at the 2017 Seattle International Spirits Competition. There Five Saints Blood Orange Liqueur won a Gold Medal, its Slow-Distilled Vodka and Savory Tuscan Gin each took Silver while its White Whiskey won a Bronze.

“It’s quite an honor and tribute to all of our supporters that we have won these medals in the short period of time since we opened in July 2016,” said George.
