Custom Product Designer

This position develops the mechanical design of parts and assemblies that adhere to industry and company standards; develops detail and assembly drawings with adherence to ANSI/ASME drafting standards; and resolves product design issues based on manufacturing constraints.

The ideal candidate will possess a two year technical degree and a minimum of two years of work experience using Creo 3D, Pro Engineer, or Solidworks software; advanced working knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and ASME Y14.100 dimensioning, tolerancing, and engineering drawing practices.

Security Architect

This position develops and implements enterprise information security architecture and technology solutions; determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; and conducts research and analysis of various information security topics relevant to the business.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and Security+ and other relevant security or technology certifications; seven to ten years of progressive experience in IT security and controls; and a minimum of five years of experience supporting infrastructure security incident response activities.

Sales Training Director

This position works with sales leadership to identify the core skills of the workforce and plans future training initiatives; identifies training needs and develops plans to meet those needs; reviews and approves training needs and programs; and manages all training materials of various media types.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience managing people in sales training, teaching, or related sales experience; creative ability, writing proficiency, and visual graphics design ability; and good relationship building skills.
