Sales Counselor (Exton)

This position assists with the development and execution of the sales and marketing plan; meets or exceeds the sales activity standards, including daily telephone lead quotas, appointments, and other sales-related performance metrics; and provides coaching and training to direct reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline; two years of sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry, with a significant level of responsibility and accountability; experience working with seniors; and effective sales, presentation, and closing skills.

LPN (Exton)

This position institutes appropriate nursing interventions necessary to stabilize a resident’s condition; makes daily resident rounds to evaluate residents’ physical and emotional status; responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that concern are documented and resolutions are initiated.

The ideal candidate will possess an LPN license with two to four years of work experience; current CPR certification and additional certification(s) in nursing specialties; experience in long-term geriatric nursing care; and the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables.

Certified Medication Technician (Exton)

This position administers oral and external medications to residents; follows current standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control when handling, storing, and disposing of medications; takes and records vital signs upon administration of medication; and accurately documents medication provision.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, will have graduated from a state-approved nursing assistant training program, and will have passed a state-approved competency examination; and will have strong communication skills.
