Regulatory Affairs Manager

This position serves as the subject matter expert regarding regulatory compliance, labeling, and nutritional statement matters, and sets the labeling standards and guidelines for all products. He/she identifies, manages, and implements process improvements as it relates to regulatory information management. The person serves as the primary liaison for marketing and suppliers regarding product naming, claims, and overall package label integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, food law, or a related scientific field. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in the food industry, specifically with regulatory, labeling, and claims. The person will have a minimum of three years of proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

Jr. Accountant

This position performs general accounting functions, including monthly bank reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, sales tax return preparation, retailer invoicing, and more. He/she assists with the preparation of work papers for quarterly reviews and annual audits. The person enters journal entries into the general ledger and performs account analysis of general ledger detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she will have general accounting experience. The person will be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.

Jr. Project Manager

This position assists in developing requirements for new and enhanced functionality and projects within the internet/eCommerce division. He/she performs all phases of business analysis and project implementation from ideation through project management, launch support, and user acceptance testing. The person collaborates with business stakeholders and technical staff to review business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of two years of experience in project management and/or business analysis in information technology, preferably eCommerce. The person will have experience using JIRA for tracking bugs, assignments, and the status of projects.
