Director of Technical Accounting Research & Policy

This position serves as a technical accounting leader and subject matter expert and creates and directs the processes and internal controls associated with the identification, documentation, communication, and implementation of proposed and new accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, eight to twelve years of experience in accounting or finance, six years of Big 4 external audit experience, and three to five years of supervisory experience.

Internal Communications – PR manager

This position writes, edits, and distributes a variety of internal communications, develops metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of communications initiatives and tools, and leads communication projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree in communications or marketing, seven to ten years of related internal communications experience, and advanced writing and editing skills.

Procurement Analyst

This position provides procurement support during the customer bid proposal phase, negotiates supplier contracts or statements of work, expedites supply delivery, and conducts risk management activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six months of relevant experience, and some buying/order purchasing experience, preferably with IT equipment purchasing.

Labor Category Manager

This position delivers significant year-over-year savings through price reductions and demand management, develops and delivers annual sourcing plans for individual sub categories, and coordinates with procurement counterparts to develop overall category strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an MBA, CPM, or supply chain degree is a plus, and a minimum of eight years of experience including several years in a labor sourcing management/supervisory capacity.
