Life Time Fitness Inc. is aiming to bust out of its box and build a two-story building next to its current facility in King of Prussia on Swedesford Road and Old Eagle Road. The plan also includes expanding its parking lot, giving members something that they’ve longed for at the current lcoation.

Based in Minnesota, the health club chain paid $4.9 million earlier this year for a 5.38 acre parcel adjacent to its existing King of Prussia property on E. Swedesford Road, which will be the site of the proposed building, writes Natalie Kostelni in the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Life Time is already soliciting members of its King of Prussia facility to join the co-working part of its future offerings. “Our first location opened in Ardmore last spring and we are currently considering property in close proximity to our health club in King of Prussia,” it said in an email to members. The company is rolling out two more of its Life Time Work concepts in Minnesota and one in Houston this year.
