Anthony Bruno, the founder of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, announces the opening of Anthony’s Pronto Kitchen. The restaurant will take on an entirely new concept of take out and delivery only, offering a range of classic Italian fare.

Bruno is no stranger to the restaurant business. He will be building on the success of his three Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza locations in Montgomery County. Bruno is also the founder of Andy’s Live Fire Grill and Bar and Anthony’s Runway-84. To respond to the rising demand for high quality Italian food at home, the original founding team from Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, with the help of Dan Marino are launching their new takeout and delivery only concept.

Anthony’s Pronto Kitchen will be opening this February in the Victoria Park Shoppes shopping center. The new strictly takeout and delivery concept will be focused on family style dining, offering individual dishes, party platters and catering.

Bruno is focused on convenience with his new concept. Customers will be allowed to order by phone, online, or with popular services such as Delivery Dudes, GrubHub and Uber Eats. Bruno asked, “Why shouldn’t you be able to enjoy great Italian food with your family or friends right in your own home without the hassle of cooking?”

“Italian made Easy” is the mission of Anthony’s Pronto Kitchen. Bruno offers traditional family recipes with high quality fresh ingredients in reusable earth-friendly packaging. Some of Bruno’s personal favorite menu items include The Sunday Feast, Roast Chicken Pronto Style, and his signature Meat Balls.
