Manor College President Jonathan Peri to present at college’s “Attorney Support for College Presidents” CLE Seminar

Jonathan Peri, President of Manor College will be presenting at a Continuing Legal Education seminar held at Manor College.

On September 21, 2018, Jonathan Peri, Ph.D, J.D, will be presenting alongside Erin Galbally, ESQ., Senior Attorney at Clark Hill, at a Continuing Legal Education seminar held at Manor College.  This event is titled “Attorney Support for College Presidents.”  This seminar will equate to one credit and will be held in the Library Lecture Space in Basiliad Manor from 12:30 to 1:30pm.  A variety of topics will be discussed including in-house counsel mission statements, business development, in-house versus outside counsel, confidentiality, and much more.

This is the second Continuing Legal Education Seminar being held at Manor College.  The topic discussed during May’s seminar was “What You Need To Know About Representing Applicants For Naturalization/U.S. Citizenship.”

About the Speakers

JONATHAN PERI, Ph.D., J.D. is the President of Manor College in Jenkintown, PA. ERIN GALBALLY, ESQ., Senior Attorney at Clark Hill, guides her clients through complex labor, employment, and Title IX matters with a focus on achieving optimum results. She provides daily counsel and long term strategy to public and private sector employers on all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, compliance under the FMLA, ADA, Title VII and related state laws, employee discipline, and workplace investigations. Erin regularly appears before the EEOC and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. She has a winning record in litigating employment matters in state and federal court and representing clients in arbitration. Erin is a Level II certified Title IX investigator. She objectively steers educational clients through the investigatory process and the evolving and complicated reporting requirements mandated under the law. She handles investigations from start to finish for K-12 schools and institutions of higher learning. Additionally, Erin trains administrators, educators, and students on Title IX issues and works with designated Title IX coordinators to ensure compliance.
