Hank Cisco’s cable TV show heads for its 30th season

As “The Hank Cisco Show,” seen on Comcast 28 and Verizon 45, gears up for its 30th year, both producer John Doyle and the show’s star have big programing plans.

At age 94, Cisco himself, known formerly as the Ambassador  of Norristown, has no plans of slowing down, writes Gary Puleo at timesherald.com.

“People stop me on the street all the time and tell me how much they like the show,”Cisco said. “And it’s so exciting that the show now goes worldwide because it’s on YouTube.”

In typical fashion, Collegeville Italian Bakery owners Patrizia and Steve Carcarey whipped up a  free feast in response to Cisco’s invitation to come on his Thursday show and talk about their Lower Providence location, which the couple has nurtured from a bakery into a popular multi-faceted restaurant and catering empire.
