Pull up your bootstraps, it’s time to get cooking!

Classes at CAI are taught by professionally trained chefs who are experts in their fields. CAI’s 15,000-square-foot facility.
The Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College is hosting a Culinary Boot Camp March 26-May 7.

Whether novice or experienced, participants can learn the science and latest methods through hands-on cooking demonstrations from professional chef instructors, according to a release from the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board.

“The culinary program at Montgomery County Community College is absolutely amazing,” said Mike Bowman, President & CEO of the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board. “We’re so fortunate to have something of that level right here in Montco. And, it’s exciting because some of those students just might become the next top chefs in the region!”

Attendees will receive skills to start working, and three credits toward a culinary certificate.

BOOTCAMP DETAILS: Classes will be held Monday through Thursday, 6 to 10 p.m., for $799 per student. Location: Culinary Arts Institute, 1400 Forty Foot Road, Lansdale, PA 19466.
